Assisting the Chair of Swim England's National Youth Advisory Panel to help lead a body of over 20 young volunteers that aims to tackle issues in aquatic sports such as mental health, safeguarding and accessibility. Regular meetings held at Swim England's Headquarters in SportPark, Loughborough.Launched the nation's first Swim England regional youth advisory panel which aims to give a youth voice to aquatics. This involved working closely with the executive team at Swim England and creating a rigorous selection process which included interviews. Now currently chairing the panel and have conducted several meetings - first project was a set of wellbeing sessions where panel members spoke with Olympians & support staff to help young people during the pandemic. Over 200 athletes attended across the series - responsible for the promotion, delivery and organisation of the series alongside other members. Looking to expand the panel into other regions.
