With a passion for delivering high-quality commercial acumen and sustainable solutions, I am a Graduate Commercial Surveyor at JLL, one of the leading real estate services firms in the world. I have provided comprehensive support to clients in estate management, worked in flex advisory and city agency, leveraging my knowledge and skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and real estate to create client proposals and dispose of un-leased space. I am now in our Property and Asset Management Team working with Central London team. I am also currently focusing on improving synergies between Japan and the UK in the commercial real estate alongside a strong belief and interest in smart buildings. I hold a Distinction MSc in Financial Management from Queen Mary's University of London, where I gained valuable insights into the global financial environment and its impact on the UK stock market. I am also currently pursuing another MSc in Real Estate from University College of Estate Management, to further enhance my expertise and credentials in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to moving to JLL, I worked as a Business Development and Marketing Intern for JLL/T, where I supported the development and execution of innovative and effective technology solutions in the real estate world. Additionally, I have a 1st in International Relations and Japanese Studies from Oxford Brookes University, and spent a year studying at Meiji Gakuin University in Japan. During my Tokyo studies, I developed my intercultural and linguistic competencies. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of JLL and the real estate industry and the future of the built environment.
