● Plantlogic – Overhauled an existing application used for monitoring sensor inputs on IoT devices inindustrial hydroponics operations. Helped develop computational methods to investigate key components of cellular metabolism usingPrincipal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis, and linear matrix transformations.
