Main point of contact for all incoming productions to ensure successful end to end delivery:• Lead pre-production planning which includes handover of critical information required for site specific production customisation and technical specification• Support the production from bump in to bump out with all site technical requirements ensuring a smooth operational rhythmAppointed Chief Warden – managing all aspects of venue evacuation strategy, planning and deploymentEnsuring the theatre’s critical infrastructure and systems are maintained through an annual maintenance program. This involves:• Developing and troubleshooting solutions of all maintenance aspects• Engagement of relevant consultants, contractors and suppliers to support the maintenance program. Including outside of business hours management of key facilities infrastructure – HVAC, refrigeration and telecommunications• Planning and co-ordination the annual re-certification for fly systems, electrical test and tagging, height safety• Composition and deployment of a cloud-based project management / collaboration tool to support delivery and tracking of the maintenance program across the various theatre locations • Manage the inventory of all consumables required to carry out maintenance and day to day operations of the theatres Key Achievements / Highlights:Oversaw the technical renovation of the Lyric Theatre, Sydney in 2017• Complete renewal of the house lighting network including essential service integration, automation controls and main supply from concept to operation.Design and execute upgrade of the house lighting control and dimming at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney in 2013/2014
