With over fifteen years of experience and as a USCC Certified Compost Operations Manager, and SWANA Certification in Tranfer Station Management, I strive to improve the efficiency and diversion of a large scale Aerated Static Pile Composting Facility, MRF, Tipping Floor, Solid Waste Collections, and a municipal vehicle and equipment fleet. I serve on the Board of Directors for the United States Composting Council and the Composting and Organics Association of Missouri. I have assisted in compost facility start-ups across North America, specializing in equipment and process selection, and strive to better the industry and environment through education and advocacy.
