Led design and delivery of MEL frameworks for the USAID/OTI Myanmar project and subsequent USAID Community Strengthening Project (CSP) including refining tools for remote monitoring, cluster evaluations, periodic rolling assessments, and iterative learning workshops. This included day-to-day management of the MEL team, mentoring/coaching of program staff, quality assurance of MEL products, and donor/client liaison.

Supported the design and delivery of MEL services across the company, while based in the UK, Lebanon, and Myanmar. Responsibilities included proposal coordination, consultant management, business development, and project implementation. The latter included technical delivery, often in the role of Team Lead or Project Director, across a range of MEL initiatives for donors including DFID, DANIDA, and the UAE.
