- Develops program guidance and technical support regarding infrastructure requirements for Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). - Validates and advocates for engineering requirements including human capital, equipment, resources, and construction for over 20 AFSPC locations worldwide.- Leads 6 employees in developing the first-ever Command-wide Infrastructure Resiliency Standard, reimagining configuration and maintenance standards for military facilities and ensuring reliable Power and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is provided to all critical U.S. space weapon systems 24/7.

- Supervised 98 employees responsible for facilities maintenance, repair and minor renovation across 6 military locations.- Directed a $9 million annual budget responsible for maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial/refuse services supporting $1.3 Billion in assets for 281 buildings/1.4M sq ft/227 acres.- Managed the accomplishment of over 4,000 semi-annual maintenance and repair tasks with an unparalleled 98 percent on-time completion rate, far surpassing the Air Force standard of 90 percent.- Selected as the 61st Air Base Group’s Company Grade Officer of the Year for 2016. #1 of 25 Program Administrators.

- Led 60 Airmen and directed 23 joint personnel across 3 uniformed services in the design and execution of 200 projects valued at $24.6 Million supporting 9 named conflict operations and 3 military combatant commands.- Oversaw the $4.3 Million base operating support contract for more than $423 Million in infrastructure.- Constructed 2 hangars and 160,000 SF of ramp space for an aircraft beddown, and a $4.7 Million high voltage power plant, connecting 141 facilities and providing reliable power for 602 personnel.

- Supervised 17 employees and licensed engineers responsible for installation project development, programming, design, award and construction of a $98 Million multi-year construction program.- Protected and updated mission-critical infrastructure and raised the quality of life for over 200,000 military and retired veterans in the region. - Managed the new construction integration plan, utilities design and construction, and base Master Planning. - Ensured all projects complied with designs, health and safety, and fire codes and regulations, and the California Office of Historical Preservation cultural and environmental rules and procedures.

Supervised 20 personnel responsible for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear response and recovery operations, protecting 15,000 overseas Americans. Oversaw the deployment and training program for 238 Engineering personnel. Directed the Installation Emergency Operations Center for exercises and real-world emergencies.

Supervised 41 employees responsible for programming, design and construction of a $68 Million construction program. Coordinated facility requirements between users, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence, design and construction agents, and United States Air Forces in Europe staff. Ensured all projects complied with designs, health and safety, and fire codes and regulations, and United Kingdom environmental rules and procedures.

- Synchronized engineer force employment for United States Central Command Operational plan requirements.- Managed training, transportation and forward deployment for over 1000 Airmen and Sailors.- Drove the transfer of over 40% of Air Force civil engineering equipment assets out of Afghanistan as part of the 2014 United States exit strategy.

- Managed 14 personnel, overseeing 16 service contracts and the installation work order/request office. - Revamped work prioritization process, executing critical rapid maintenance and repair projects in less time.

- Orchestrated 172 infrastructure construction projects totaling over $420 Million in direct support of the Afghan National Police force training and operational missions.- Integrated and led a diverse multinational team deliver facility infrastructure that will provide Afghanistan the stability and security it needs to become an independent nation, while simultaneously aiding in US and coalition troop withdrawal.
