Establishing timelines, managing expectations, and presenting design concepts and rationale effectively.– Responsible for the management and development of almost 70 sub-brands, multiple brands VI and design systems, to ensure consistency and alignment of products and goals across all channels.– Defining, articulation and evolution of several brand guidelines, including two extensive visual rebrands, and development of a templated asset system to allow external stakeholder autonomy, allowing the team to increase focus on key marketing priorities.– Applying insights to inspire and drive a vast array of creative and compelling deliverables. Including paid and organic digital content, VR experiences, OOH brand campaigns, large-scale events, and immersive design solutions.
