I mainly assisted Office of Unfair Import Investigations with active Section 337 cases by researching case law, federal regulations, and statutory text to write memoranda addressing various legal questions including trade secret conversion and absent expert witness testimony. Additionally, I drafted Interrogatories and Requests for Production and examined Complaints through Institution Memos. I also attended depositions and evidentiary hearings related to Section 337 cases. Finally I used EDIS for research and data collection, along with pulling specific filings to support active cases.

I formatted and edited estate planning documents, letters from attorneys, and legal articles; and wrote and submitted deeds for recording with multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Also compiled Medicaid application paperwork, including collecting account information. I managed the head attorney's calendar and researched various legal topics.
