Combining technological expertise and seamless project management with a deep understanding of the industry, GFT is the perfect strategic IT partner for many well-known companies in all corners of the globe See www.gft.comRoles and Responsibilities:Reporting directly into the Finance Director - Management and development of a team of four qualified and three part qualified accountants in three locations. - Business partner to country MD, COO and Head of Sales. - Manage production of timely and accurate monthly board reports, country P&L's and the rolling forecast process for three legal entities with a combined revenue of circa €185m- Manage production of group analysis and provide detailed commentary and trends to stakeholders - Manage MI production for local Management team. - Manage yearly budget process for three legal entities - Manage quarterly delivery and sales bonus schemes - Manage production of standard costs - Manage commercial analysis for new deals, new products and project appraisals including development of appropriate models - Continuously improve the global MI pack including ownership of report production within Kimble - Be a driver of change - Develop key relationships with stakeholders - Work with, advise and challenge stakeholders
