• Operating attractions and providing excellent guest service.• Welcoming guests and screening for appropriate ride requirements.• Understanding, demonstrating, and ensuring proper use of safety practices while loading, unloading, and checking ride restraints and lap bars while assisting guests with access.• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for other members and guests. • Inspect and watch for anything that might endanger team members, guests, or the ride while relaying information to managers and supervisors about possible dangers.• Multi-task different workloads such as adjusting wait times, communicating with other team members to ensure the attraction and its elements are operating properly, and documenting/recording any faults with the attraction while maintaining a visual on multiple ride-track cameras.

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.• Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly.• Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual key performance indicators (‘KPIs) and financial expectations.• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.• Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities.• Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attending required manager development training.

• Receives labels from supervisor for selecting purposes and product identification.• Selects products by using an electric pallet jack to transport products safely and efficiently.• Stacks products safely and on time to help the customer receive the shipment on time.• Correctly label the product so that label can be seen on the outside of the pallet to aid in the loading process.• Responsible for staging full pallets for loading. Must identify each pallet by route number, batch number, and his/her initials. • Must keep the work area clean by picking up paper, plastic wrappers, scrap wood, and broken pallets.
