This requires researching where a brand sits within the social space, creating a strategy that enables growth using social media, researching and writing engaging content, establishing best practice and content guidelines custom to a clients brand, and ensuring results based on reporting statistics and ROI analytics.In addition to these key functions, I am also responsible for managing client relationships within my portfolio, writing internal and external collateral copy, and proof-reading.I also deliver social media workshops, training and presentations to clients and other external organisations.
