Grew our Scottsdale office from 10 employees and a monthly add of $500,000 TCV to 55 employees and a monthly add of 2.2 Million TCV in 3 years. Succession planned appropriately & was able to scale the office organically through hiring and coaching sales development reps to grow into new roles. Trained multiple account executives and developed 2 SDRs from new hires into management roles during this time. Developed documentation & processes for coaching, hiring, and performance management that were adopted in all sales centers within the organization. Proven proficiency in sales analytics allowing for accurate forecasting of future performance and the ability to spot trends and/or potential risks and take action preemptively.
