Worked on migrating a daemon responsible for rotating encryption keys onto its own dedicated hosts:- Created service from ground up to house the daemon, as well as a stubbed API caller to test without modifying important data- Designed & deployed prototype for leader election using distributed locks, responsible for selecting which host to run the daemon

- Worked on development of a USB to SPI control board that writes data to ASICs: wrote software to communicate with a bridge chip from VBA, and verified FPGA firmware that communicates between bridge chip and serial interface by writing Verilog test benches and running simulations in ModelSim.- Programmed a communication protocol between VBA and a Universal Robots UR3 Robot Arm using Python scripts and TCP/IP to place ASICs onto testing equipment remotely. - Worked with laboratory instruments such as arbitrary waveform generators, oscilloscopes, and signal source analyzers, and wrote functions in VBA to communicate with them- Assisted device testing and data collection using Automated Testing Equipment- Designed and 3D printed components for Robot and ASIC Characterization equipment on SolidWorks

- Used C to program a control board powered by an Atmel ATTiny that regulated the brightness of an LED array through a PID control loop. This board was used to test image sensors.- Learned basic test program writing for Teradyne ATEs in IGXL- Assisted with wafer probe operation- Designed a vacuum chamber in AutoCAD

- Market an educational summer program both face-to-face and over the phone- Taught game design, digital art, and Minecraft modding classes to elementary and middle-school students
