I used to teach Jazz Dance & Partnering in professional dance conservatoires, I now use those skills in the cycle studio. Coaching indoor cycling lessons allows me to witness a euphoria in my clients that aligning to the beat of music brings. I get to feel it myself and see their progress as they connect with like minded people.I'm passionate about creating communities and being an integral part of the ones you're involved with. I created Men2Health to promote emotional transparency in men and create that community feel; the aim is to normalise conversations that have a stigma attached to them and allow men a safe space to open up, or at the very least: listen and resonate.I also use my creativity and confidence to delve into the ever-changing property industry to great success.I have an equal measure of right/left brain functionality; meaning I can look at a project, conversation or deal as a whole and as individual parts at the same time.
