I managed 8+ direct reports overseeing frontend development of our react web, and react native (mobile), products. I continued to operate as an individual contributor to the frontend team, working very close with our design team, coding with react, react native, graphql, and redux on a daily basis

Leading product for SmallBusinessAPI.com, as well as contributing as a design technologist - responsible for all UI and UX, as well as frontend development with react and some rails.On the new ventures team, my role was to conceive and prototype new potential business opportunities - building landing pages or small MVPs in react & rails, and launching them to Constant Contacts self selected base, as well as the internet at large. Any prototypes which received traction would be given further development resources. As ConstantContact began going through the acquisition process, the entire new ventures team moved onto my project - SmallBusinesAPI - a product to connect companies with small businesses in real time through an API for developers, and a dashboard for small businesses, to help fulfill requests.The product launched at the top of product hunt, was written about in wired https://www.wired.com/2015/09/uber-anything-yawn-meet-uber-uber-anything, and received many signups and partnership outreach. After the acquisition of ConstantContact closed, the new ventures team was disbanded to the rest of the company, and project development ended.

Lead designer across all areas of product, as well as frontend engineer. I designed and developed the marketing site in Ruby on Rails, as well as a partner dashboard using rails and angular JS. As well as rich content experiences integrated with our partner sites, built with angular JS.

Responsible for all design related duties (marketing apps and pages, new web app design features and elements, business cards, t-shirts, etc.). Designed and built a rails app to be used at conferences for collecting leads and randomly selecting winners for on-hand prizes.

Designed & built the web site, as well as growing the company to other schools across the country. Then managed it to a sale.

Designed and coded different slide templates using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and some Django template language.
