SubroSmart assists companies with recovering money on subrogation claims that would otherwise be lost. I identify unique opportunities to maximize successful subrogation results and provide a comprehensive overview and clear roadmap to recovery, even in complex subrogation matters including those that may require litigation.

My practice focuses on creating solutions for complex commercial litigation matters, particularly those arising out of insolvency cases and often ones involving multiple jurisdictions. A significant amount of my work involves assisting lawyers and liquidators in various offshore jurisdictions with the analysis of a broad range of complex commercial and financial cases, securing third party funding for those claims, and the strategic handling of those matters.I have acted for a number of international corporations, insurance companies, liquidators of offshore funds, bankruptcy estates, hedge funds, individual investors, and other private institutions. My active cases span more than a dozen multi-national jurisdictions, and involve clients, assets, and witnesses located throughout the world. We also frequently acts as “general counsel” to various foreign clients and as “strategic counsel” in locating and partnering with specialized counsel wherever located.
