Through my life experiences, I have developed a positive and patient approach to how I conduct myself. This allows me to keep my cool and to push through in pressure situations when things are going wrong. When these situations are to arise, I can take a step back and find the perfect way to alleviate the situation.My pride and determination to accomplish what I set out for has been built on arduous work, an attitude I developed whilst playing sports. I always strived to encourage my teammates by leading from the front. I have distilled this trait and team spirit into my coaching endeavours.I have a passion to gain knowledge and I have an open mind when it comes that. I am always willing to listen to the views of others, take what I have been told and adapt to how I do things to improve myself. This allows me to quickly master what I set out to achieve. The utmost value is having a strong family connection where we would do whatever it takes to help one another. This family tie motivates me to achieve everything that I set out for plus push those around me to be the best they can be.My personality is humorous and easy going and this trait allows me to adapt to various situations with ease.
