Born and raised in the Carolinas. Graduated with Engineering Diploma from HS. Studied Business and Criminal Justice in college. My entire life I was a tinkerer and sought to learn how things work. Always open to learning.At Service Thread, as with any relatively small company, I wear many hats so to speak.My main role is to help our sewing customers with their technical or purchasing needs. This includes inside and outside sales, as well as dialogue with vendors to supply the needs of our customers. I also help facilitate any technical needs of our Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Development teams. Lastly, maintaining one of my previous hats in the company, I’m responsible for overseeing maintenance of our warehouse location and machine parts inventory.If there is a need or question, I try my best to get an answer or someone to contact who has that answer. ‘Help’ should be my middle name. In my personal time I like specialty coffee, cars, cooking, learning, and anything mechanical that’s interesting. I’m very outgoing and amiable.With my love of coffee came experimentation, buying some equipment, more learning, figuring out what works best to suit my tastes. Eventually people tried my coffee and told me they would buy some if I would sell it, so every now and then I’ll devote a little time to fill a request or two. Thanks for taking the time, cheers!
