I am an Ohio State University Alumnus, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I love utilizing my degree in my profession and everyday life - the applications are endless. For the past 3 years I have grown professionally from an entry level Associate Recruiter, to a Team Leader balancing leadership and contributor responsibilities and am currently acting as Recruiting Manager. In my role, I foster a collaborative and completive environment through development of my 2 team leaders, and coaching 12 recruiters for two Fortune 500 US clients. I specialize in leading, coaching and managing recruiters who are fulfilling diverse staffing needs for companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Cigna, Healthcare Charles Schwab, Raymond James Financial, MetLife Insurance and many more. Working in the recruiting industry and partnering with my team and clients driving for positive results has been an experience packed with continuous learning and I have been having a great time doing it.
