As a valued member of Macleod Partners, I oversee real estate development projects by leading a team of professionals in the NE Ohio area. While ensuring these projects are performed with the utmost care, I get to develop relationships with my clients by getting to know them on a personal level. Various properties are managed and kept up to the owners standards, as my team and I perform various tasks ranging from lawn maintenance to household renovations.Over these past few years, many pieces of land/property have been leased or sold to new clients and prospective property seekers under my management.

I was employed at Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar's franchising office, where I interned under its founder. I learned about entrepreneurship, what it takes to run a business, and ran reports on various financial aspects of each of the 60, and counting, franchises. During my tenure as an intern, notable accomplishments include: * Reconciling 7.5 million dollars worth of gift-card transactions between each franchise.* Writing/Editing the operations manual, given to each franchise owner as a guide for their business. * Mapping out future Pulp locations, product marketing, franchise designs, competition research, etc

I was tasked with assisting the technicians, chemists, and microbiologists of GOJO with ensuring PURELL products were tested properly and effectively in order to be released to the general public, including during the coronavirus pandemic. The laboratories I worked in consisted of: Raw Materials, Microbiology, Analytical, and In-process.
