Suppliers are increasingly targeting travellers directly with personalised promotions and benefits that can put great pressure on procurement departments and can affect the overall suitability of corporate travel programs. TMC’s need to combine this personalised value with centralised control of cost and traveller movement.ALTOUR’s proposition focuses on delivering meaningful, measured savings across our clients total T&E spend from the current “as is” position. A key component of this will be to ensure the traveller/arranger experience is not lessened in any significant way.These savings will be central to your cost of change value, and will demonstrate the added benefit we will bring to your program over the ensuing months, from previous discovery meetings and our understanding of our clients’ current business practices. We appreciate that clients may already receive point of sale savings against full published fares / rack rate, so any future savings need to reflect the additional benefit we bring to your program and need measurement to ensure we remain on track to deliver these savings.ALTOUR has created a savings module based on "The ALTOUR 6 Stage Client Journey" Utilising "The Power of 1%." This focuses on over 70 sub-components of a clients’ travel program and makes small, but cumulative significant savings to total overall spend. With today's’ increasingly sophisticated travel procurement, it is generally not feasible to make meaningful isolated savings without compromising quality and traveller comfort.
