Currently estimating for CWG Group Ltd, Stevenage. Previously with Vinci Technology Centre UK Ltd, estimating and producing quotations for:- On-site watertightness, airtightness, acoustic tests and thermographic surveys.- Laboratory CWCT weathertightness testing for curtain walling systems, built up walls, rainscreen cladding systems, and laboratory acoustic testing (airborne & horizontal/vertical flanking).- Concrete and coatings materials laboratory, mainly Carbon Dioxide diffusion, water permeability, Chloride Ion Diffusion, compressive strength testing and structural strength testing.- Conducting accurate DWG drawing take-offs using various programmes to determine envelope areas and crucially, which equipment is required and feeding this into the on-site testing teams to increase efficiencies.Previously in a sales estimating role providing solar shading solutions for commercial building sites and hospitals. Main responsibilities include estimating, quote formulating, lead generating and the surveying of commercial building projects with Enviroscreen Systems LLP, assisting with all client needs from tender process, all the way through to installation. Additional responsibilities included:- Running weekly performance and sales meetings with all staff. - Managing call outs and on site meetings. - Data logging sales performance. - Fundamental client relationship building.- Handling projected sales forecasts. Previous accomplishments: A graduate with an upper second class honours degree in Business & Human Resource Management. An aspiring estimator with a passion for business specifically within the construction industry and the multiple functions within it.
