    As a development associate, I assist in the execution of The Associated's $31 million annual campaign and other projects that connect donors with the work that we do for Jewish Baltimore. I have overseen the staff campaign, which raises funds from employees of eight of our partner agencies, including Jewish Community Services, Jewish Community Center of Baltimore, Baltimore Jewish Council, Comprehensive Housing Assistance Inc., and Jewish Volunteer Connection. In FY 2017, staff raised more than $220,000 for the annual campaign. I've crafted itineraries, budgets, and other materials for donor missions, which are overseas trips to Israel and other locales for high-level donors who have the capacity to increase their financial commitment and involvement in the work we do. These trips connect people to the overseas impact Jewish Baltimore has through our annual campaign. I have managed the RFP process for two tour operators The Associated was looking to hire to run two of these missions, and the logistics for a Washington DC advocacy day.I have also managed the development for specific agencies and programs whose budgets are not entirely supported by the funds raised from the annual campaign. These include SHEMESH, an agency that provides academic support for children enrolled in local Jewish day schools, Goucher Hillel and UMBC Hillel, student organizations which promote and strengthen Jewish life on the campuses of Goucher College and University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
