While working at Toro I operated and tested pre-production models to measure their functionality, durability, and usability. There were strict testing protocols that were required by the engineers depending on what piece of equipment was being tested. I logged and recorded hours on the machines as well as any errors, technical issues, or mechanical failures to the test site management. For this role, I was required to be diligent with testing in order to correctly test the machines.

As a Facility Operations Team Manager, I was entrusted with overseeing the function and cleanliness of the entire gym and its operations. For this job, I was required to know all of the responsibilities of my team and be able to assist them if necessary along with complete jobs for the General Manager in a timely and orderly manner. I interacted with members throughout my shift to help solve any of their problems to provide them with the best possible experience at the club. While in this position I gained interpersonal skills by working directly with management and members to resolve any issues that arose.

I worked in the locker rooms making sure everything was organized and if a member requested something I was able to complete it. As I gained experience, I took over the manager role for my shift. This required me to be capable of handling a broad range of tasks, overseeing all of the other operations members, communicating with my managers and other employee groups within the club, and being more involved with members and their experience, rather than simply cleaning the club.
