I am an entrepreneurial Chief Executive with over two decades of leadership experience in global operations, sales management, and finance across multiple industries that have seen dramatic digital transformation and growth. I have worked in multi-channel B2B and B2C software, hardware, and services companies ranging in size from privately-held companies with <$5 million in annual revenues to publicly-traded multi-national corporations with $4+ billion in annual revenues. Experienced in M&A (buy & sell-side), due diligence & post-acquisition integration.Most recently, I was the CEO of Bluebeam, a global Enterprise SaaS software business, as well as a Chief Division Officer and Executive Board Member of the Nemetschek Group, a publicly-traded multi-national software company based in Munich, Germany with annual revenues over $850 million & 3,500+ employees.During my tenure as Bluebeam's CEO, we set in place a customer-centric cloud transformation vision, grew our userbase by over 2 million users, produced 4x topline sales growth, expanded internationally, acquired & integrated an early-stage start-up, and created & launched Bluebeam Cloud as part of our SaaS transformation to enable us to better serve our customers over the long-term.At the same time, I had the privilege of leading the Nemetschek Group’s (NEM.DE) Build & Construct Division as one of four Executive Board Members from 2019 forward, during which time we grew our revenues from 461M EUR (~$500M USD) to over 802M EUR (~$860M USD) while expanding EBITDA margin.Foundational to my overall approach to business is a belief that outsized, sustainable returns for shareholders are the result of an inspired, high-performance team of employees working together to innovate and passionately serve customers better than the competition.I value integrity, people-centricity, diversity, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, grit, continuous learning, and hard-driving & efficient, results-focused performance.My passion is to inspire teams to greatness, working together to create & realize a meaningful vision of industry impact while delivering powerful results for customers & shareholders.I made the decision in early 2023 to exit Bluebeam & the Nemetschek Group to pursue even greater opportunities to embody my entrepreneurial spirit to build, scale, transform, and accelerate the growth of mission-driven businesses and organizations.
