During my experience as a Draftsperson at Henley, I have developed & continually practice the followings skills:- Achieve individual weekly workflow in line with defined timeframes- Achieve individual accuracy target relating to cost management (ETO’s)- Adhere to customer service standards- Demonstrate continual self-improvement and skill development- Demonstrate observance of and commitment to OH&S requirements- Complete other reasonable tasks/projects as requested by ManagementMy responsibilities as a Draftsperson for Henley Properties include but are not limited: - Preparation of drawings meeting strict deadlines & KPIs- Tender Drawings (Site plan, Floor plans, and Elevations)- Drawing Orders (preparing drawings & related documentation for Outsourcer)- Contract-Finals (full set of working drawings using tender & colour documents including detailing)- Send and receive drawings from Outsourcer- Variations (Post Contract & Building)- Action permit queries, developer items, ordering clarifications & any other drawing queries- Investigate allocated ETO’s- Investigate & respond to queries from suppliers, trades, & internal staff as required- Escalate errors & feedback to Drafting Team Leader- Communicate effectively across production, sales and construction to maintain positive relationships- Preparation of Ready Built working drawings for building permit applications and site use as per forecast site start targets- Preparation of town planning drawings as required- Complete any sales drafting tasks (trial sitings, NSV’s) as required

During my experience of Sales Estimating at Henley, I have developed & continually practice the followings skills: My responsibilities as a Sales Estimator for Henley Properties included but were not limited:- Accurately prepare cost estimates (tenders) for the set target number of jobs.- Calculate Fixed Site Costs- Calculate Non Standard Variation Pricing as required- Review documentation to ensure tenders and variations are prepared accurately and ensure item descriptions are clearly worded for customers- Assist Tender Presenters, Sales Consultants, colleagues and client with queries- Investigate queries from suppliers, trades and construction- Escalate errors to the appropriate departments

My responsibilities at Earthlift as an Estimator & Draftsperson included but were not limited to:- Accurately prepare cost estimates for site works - which included quantity take off, tipping & zoning related costs.- Produced accurate working drawings for site operations- Quality Control - reviewing work from outsourcers- Liaising with other major & minor builders to ensure requirements are met- Investigate queries from operators & clients.- Escalate errors to the appropriate departments
