The driver for the Deals business within the newly formed Disruption & innovation practice; helping clients identify the risks and opportunities associated with technological disruptors and social megatrends.Personally responsible for building our Disruption Horizon tool which assesses and prioritises the impact of disruption on either individual companies or a portfolio of companies. I have subsequently used this approach to identify investment opportunities for clients through a disruption lens, by assessing the value potential at the intersection of trends and technologies. I have also co-developed our Weak Signal Monitoring framework, which uses alternative data sources to monitor critical uncertainties relating to disruption and innovation.
