I enjoy creating and making world improvements together with motivating individuals and am propelled forward by a passionate view for our future. When asked to envision a company solution for a design or procedure, I leverage my intelligence by ascertaining key details for the relevant system and analyze the task, executing based on performance metrics in quality, resource work logs and company compliance.In the energy sector of PG&E I followed my own process and invented a program that expedited the job of technicians, engineers and draftsmen. As an engineer I began registering a series of inefficiencies in the existing project power distribution process as it is executed and controlled. I conceived multiple iterative solutions of time and quality controlling techniques & tools, and by expanding on my programming skill learned at university I created executable programs to automatize these preconceived notions. As I transitioned to new jobs, the procedure changed a little, but the vast problems remained wholly the same. Diligently I continued to systematically develop more and more ideas, programs, and shortcuts.
