Starting in 2013 with his own capital, Elliot began developing Global Return’s investment process, risk management and track record. In 2015, he accepted his first LP capital. Elliot’s technology-driven investment process combines fundamental, economic, market and statistical analysis to identify opportunities with superior risk/reward ratios. This has led to a 10-year track record of industry beating results. He also hosted the Author Series symposium where he interviewed authors of business and investing book.Elliot was one of fifty people selected globally to assist creating the "Technical Guide: ESG Incorporation in Hedge Funds" which is the hedge fund industry recommended framework for incorporating ESG factors into the investment process.Prior to Global Return, Elliot was a proprietary trader and member of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. He began his career in real estate development and investing.Elliot has served on numerous nonprofit boards including a $565 million dollar foundation. He was the youngest member ever on the board of directors for United Way of Central Indiana and a finalist for the “Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders” for the State of Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University and attended the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
