Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation (and lines of business and brands within) to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and increase sales and brand awareness.To also prepare internal Marketing for the development of the business through customer service/support and assist/support with global marketing projects.

Having worked at Superdry Bath for 18 months I was made Acting Manager in May 2012, until cementing my role as permanent Store Manage in November 2012. This has been a fantastic learning curve having to operate a 12,000 square foot store with (during peak) 24 members of staff. On from this, the Bath store is also used to train new managers to the company. As such the expected standard has to be extremely high. This role includes many aspects including recruitment, payroll, striving to achieve targets, reviewing store performance and reacting to these figures, budgeting staffing levels, liaising with all Head Office Departments on all aspects of store operations, delegating management team with goals, bench marks and time frames and ensuring these are met to the expected standard.

Having relocated to Bristol to further develop my career in retail I started my career at Superdry as Store Supervisor.This role offered me invaluable experience working in a demanding high street market and learning how to mass manage and coach staff and work as part of a structure corporate management team.This role was mainly focused on supporting the management team by running both operations and staff development to the expected standard on any given floor, as well as actively seeking to improve and maximise performance of both staff and sales.

Store Manager, initially taken as only part-time but after 6 months promoted to Assistant Manager. My final 6 months at Ann’s Cottage due to illness I was promoted to acting store manager. Job’s include merchandising, brand space management, use of RSG, stock-taking, staff management, targets and budgets, wages, reports and generally supporting my manager. This role has really made me realise what I can achieve with focus and direction. It has also given me the motivation to want to achieve more and aim higher.

This job involves placing orders on SAGE, taking telephone calls, stock takes, despatch’s, organising outwork and dealing with wholesalers. As well as these jobs I have also been lucky enough to design some packaging for WISKA products using Photoshop. I have learnt so much from this job including how to deal with customers as well as how to organise stock and work within a professional business team.
