"During his time at Tamwood, Elliott fostered his communication skills by giving frequent feedback on events, excursions, and Counsellor behaviour based on daily assessments. Elliott kept daily notes on all the Counsellors and made sure to share the information with all senior staff. When a concern arose, he ensured that all parties were informed and presented possible solutions. Elliott proved to be caring of both, the campers and the Counsellors. Summer camp can be very stressful for everyone involved and Elliott kept this in mind at all times. He ensured that the Counsellors were getting enough rest and taking care of themselves as well as their campers.
