As Head of Digital Experience I have the privilege of leading an amazing team focused on delivering digital projects that support Compassion UK's Digital Transformation aspirations and goals, as well as providing supporters with an amazing digital first user experience that is consistent across our range of websites and mobile apps. We oversee the day-to-day management of our digital platforms and, as part of the Marketing and Engagement department, support digital acquisitions, as well as delivering digital-first fundraising campaigns and appeal.

Involved for over 15 years in this free to attend Christian Music Festival that grew from a one day event to a 7 day festival. Served as Media Director, Operations Director, Director and Trustee. Media Director: Responsible for the promotion of the organisation, Festival and events, with the aim to increase awareness, social engagement and attendance.Operations Director: Responsible for supporting the year-round team, overseeing day-to-day and event operations, as well as managing several key partnerships and overseeing IT / livestreaming.

Calvary Design provides a range of digital solutions for Churches, Christian organisations, events and festivals, Church of England Primary Schools and SMEs. As Creative and Managing Director I was involved in design (UX/UI and graphic), web development, digital project management, brand and creative communications. I have experience in analytics and SEO, managing social media, product launches, developing event management software, CMS systems and digital strategy (including driving online growth).

Responsible for the companies websites and IT management. Front-end website design / development and project management. I continued to work as a Front-end Web Developer and IT consultant (via Calvary Design) until 2012.
