In 2022, I initiated, scripted, directed, and produced Unlocking Potential, a documentary showcasing the strengths of dyslexic thinking. I persuaded a host of successful dyslexic individuals, including business leaders, an Oscar winner, and the new All Blacks coach, to help reframe dyslexia, which impacts 1 in 10 New Zealanders. The documentary’s message reached over 20% of New Zealanders following a sold-out premiere, national media coverage, and becoming a finalist at the NZ Youth Film Festival. Additionally, the documentary raised over NZ$60,000, which was used to launch education and advocacy in partnership with the Dyslexia Foundation help more than 80,000 children across New Zealand.After being selected as a finalist for Young New Zealander of the Year 2023, I met with both the Minister and Shadow Minister of Education to advocate for more effective education policies to better serve those with dyslexia and was invited to meet with the caucus of both major political parties to discuss the future of New Zealand education.I also brought this new perspective on dyslexia to the corporate sector, speaking at the Global Women’s Champions for Change event—which brought together companies like PWC and Toyota that employ over 150,000 people across NZ—and Foodies X, a personal development day for more than 20,000 team members of Foodstuffs North Island, the largest private employer in New Zealand. Beyond corporate sector I was recently invited to speak on the Harvard Leadership panel at the Project Access Summit.

We are aim to create the most accessible city in the world—a global hub for design, innovation, and R&D of accessible products and services.With over 2 billion people worldwide having accessibility needs, representing an often-overlooked $13 trillion in spending power, we are building a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation incubation to unlock this immense potential.

Babson Clo is a streetwear fashion brand based in Massachusetts that is redefining what college merchandise looks like. I coordinated all 14 team members across departments of the business. Successfully launched three clothing lines and six successful sell-out product drops. Temporary roles as CFO and Head of HR during internal company challenges.

A unique, newly established leadership group of 16 neurodiverse individuals collectively advocating to improve the lives of those with Neurodiversity across New Zealand. Advocacy: Through uniting the ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia foundations of New Zealand and presenting a white paper to the caucus of New Zealand to major political parties. Additionally, as part of my role I met with both the minister and shadow minsters of education to discuss and advise New Zealand education policy. Business: We also ran an online shop selling a range of merchandise to support and fund our organization.Education Programs: We also collaborate with our partners to support the role out of the: The Neuroinclusive School Program, Mind Plus Program, Mind Plus Education Program, Clubs Online Learning Program.

Foodstuffs North Island is a retail supermarket chain and is New Zealand's largest employer. FLAG is a group of young people (18 – 35 years old) who act in a shadow advisory board role providing insight and advice to the board and executive team to ensure Foodstuff continues to be effective for future generations.

New Zealand Youth Film Festival is the nations premiere film awards for young film maker across the nation. Through working with our partners including Warner Bros, Adobe, Marvel, Canon, and Weta Workshop our mission is to celebrate and empower New Zealand's creative youth supporting the next generation of movie stars and directors.
