• Quality control on Frames• Answering customer queries via telephone, email and face to face• Creating quotes for bespoke frames and mounts to specific measurements • Chasing up missing or delayed parcels with external courier

• Planning and organising stimulating events and activities for 40 Dementia residents• Maintaining stock in our in-house shop• Maintaining equipment and replenishing materials• Assisting with feeding at meal times• Upon occasion assisting with personal care• Liaising with external entertainers and searching for new ideas• Fundraising for amenities fund on a number of occasions

• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the store is clean and tidy• Serving customers to the highest standard of customer service• Organising and leading craft groups, demonstrations and fundraising charity weekends• Cash Handling
