Service Manager for the Platfform for Families project based in Caerphilly. I run a team of individuals who offer 1:1 and group support to Young People and Families based within the Caerphilly Borough. My job role involves me building strong connections and relationships with families and young people. It’s given me the opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s lives in Caerphilly. As part of my role I also maintain positive relationships with our funders and other key services.
