During this time I have brought on 2 additional User Service Analyst an coordinated their training to bring them up to speed in a very short time frame. I have also taken on the responsibility of setting up the temporary SNMP monitoring infrastructure that monitors the entire Penn West internal infrastructure including field sites and internal network appliances and servers.I also am involved in the streamlining of business processes by working with the other business units to ensure that we all follow the same work flow for administrative tasks (EX.new hires, domain security requests, etc). Together utilizing the Heat Ticketing system from Front Range we are able to automate most tasks and create boundaries for acceptable end results for our day to day tasks. Show less
