Working within Cold & Flu category I worked with products closer to product launch and those already on the shelf. I assisted in the development of formulation in different formats. Producing small scale batches of tablets and lozenges. Within a team I helped organise tasks, presentations and structure for sessions where new ideas were innovated. Responsibilities included upkeep and update of the raw materials for the formulation lab and kept tract of this using a database and spreadsheets, as well as the ensuring that stability samples were distributed to different departments.

As a placement student within the New Technologies Group, I worked predominantly under the Reckitt Benckiser healthcare brands. In my role, I performed lab work where I designed and conducted experiments to develop innovative solutions for RB brands. All data collected by myself where then put into lab reports and presentations. I also partook in various sessions and activities, where new ideas and concepts are created and innovated. My work additionally includes looking and searching through patents.

Loughborough University

Holding and assisting and taking minutes of committee meetings. Delegating and chasing up roles and jobs delegated to those within the committee. Organising events and maintaining the welfare of over 400 students within the hall and those affiliated the hall.

As a Holiday Course Leader, I single handedly devised and ran my own drama course for children between the ages of 4-14 years old. I was solely responsible for the creating and organising games and tasks for children, as well as the welfare of the children over their time at the course. I was also a helper on the multi-activity course.

As the customer service supervisor, I was in charge of delegating roles to other associates on the tills and floor of the shop. Ensuring returns were properly processed and authorising mark downs of products. Collecting money throughout the day and cashing up the tills at the end of the day.
