Personally directed the land portion of Holland America Line’s Alaska/Yukon tours on a project management level. Each tour required detailed knowledge of 30 different tour itineraries for 40+ guests and ranged from 5-15 days of travel. Duties included: hotel bookings, customs and immigration clearance, additional excursion sales, guest services, and tour logistics for 12 different cities in two countries.
