My job was to foster cross-team collaboration and lead the delivery of an "all product, all flow, all integration, all partners" approach. I established Pay Later marketing guidelines for our merchants as well as "Pay Later partner principles" for our partners. I also coached new joiners as well as our existing staff.● Market Disruption: Won online finance exclusivity agreements with largest merchants along with “full stack" deals to deliver all pay now and pay later payments, including card processing by launching new unregulated pay later product (Pi3).● Sales Excellence: Managed change within enterprise sales team to boost deals for PayPal Credit with merchants by overhauling marketing and pre-sales processes which led to 50% of 2022 deals including both Pi3 and Credit.● Software Solutions: Streamlined process for merchants to advertise Pi3 and PayPal Credit products by partnering with vendor to devise AdTech solution for both products which enabled merchants to launch within days instead of months.● Strategic Alliances: Prevented enterprise merchants from churning while also launching more Credit merchants in Q1 2023 than all of 2022 by partnering with principal firm to enable support for merchants to receive FCA Credit Broker License or Appointed Representative to broker PayPal Credit.- Partnership unlocked SMB market while also significantly scaling growth opportunity.● Product leadership: UK SME for anything BNPL whilst supporting wider wallet UK consumer testing and being "unofficial chief tester and go to" for the NA product and development squads to test, trial, break and fix things!
