International experience in all three geographies of the Jerónimo Martins' group:-Operational induction in the stores in Portugal, with full practical knowledge acquisition; "hands on" work and operational structures.-Logistics induction in Poland with deep diving in the logistics operation of the distribution centers, including developing projects in IT and HR.-Development and Implementation of efficiency projects in logistics in Portugal

-Business development support to US companies interested in exporting to the Portuguese and European market.

Deep Induction in the Expatriation sector of the corporate HR, within the Human Resources Business Partner department.- Creation of an expatriation manual/guide for the 3 geographies (Portugal, Poland, Colombia). *Improvement of research skills *Improvement of ability to present faster results and deal with pressure-Expatriation process Management.-Development of the intranet content for the expatriation sector.

I was one of the twenty chosen candidates/ students to represent Jerónimo Martins in Universities. I was representing the company in University of Minho (UM), Braga. My tasks were mainly: Be a "bridge" of comunication between Jerónimo Martins and the University. Identify what the students know about the group and what opportunities they could have; Look for key events, people and places to promote the opportunities of Jerónimo Martins in my University; Promote the Talent and Learning Programmes, such as the Management Trainee Programme or the Summer Internship Programme.
