As examples, I was the incorporator & a founder of the Broadband Multimedia Marketing Association (BMMA) in 2003. We have served as the BMMA Executive Director since its inception. I also incorporated and was a founder of The Telemessaging Industry Association (TMIA) in 1997 that has renamed itself The Messaging Industry Association (TMIA). We also formed (in 2000) and serve as facilitators for the Sales Executive Group (SEG) which is a group of VP level service provider executives with sales responsibilities.In 2008 we organized a service provider group for Alternate Channel Managers that we also facilitate.Specialties: Market Research, Benchmarking, Product & Services Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Promotions, Association Management, & Training

The Great Southern Golf Club, Inc. founded in 1908 was located on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulfport, MS. Hurricane Katrina leveled and washed away the clubhouse, pro shop, and event building. Over 250 majestic oak and pine trees were uprooted on the property. A new proshop and clubhouse were built on the property and operated for a few years but could not overcome the debt service and the property was eventually sold to a residential developer from Florida in May 2020. The 50 acres on the South side of the railroad tracks is zoned for single family residences. The 79 acres north of the railroad tracks is zoned for single or multifamily dwellings.
