As part of the original launch team of DogVacay, I've enjoyed many roles and wore many hats. My heart and soul specialized and poured in to Mobile Product Management and being the Resident Pet Expert. I was responsible for the mobile product road map of our iOS and Android devices. Responsible for increasing registrations, raising conversion, mobile adoption, ASO, increasing user registrations, and improving user satisfaction and experience through new and innovative mobile products and ideas. Responsible for a mobile first take, developed a chat like platform to keep users in the app while raising conversion of first time and repeat bookings. With DogVacays iOS 10 app release in line with Apples release we launched various features including widgets, spotlight search, Apple Pay, iMessage stickers, and more. Launched a video update service for iOS that recieved over 10,000 videos within the first 6 months. DogVacay's iOS App was featured over 300+ times in the iTunes store as well as multiple features with the release of the OS10 including Apples Favorite Picks and in the Sticker store.Responsible for the design, development, and launch of DogVacay's first consumer-facing Android devices application. This includes an acquisition funnel for new users, mobile-optimized listings, a messaging system utilized by both pet owners and pet sitters, creating a connection between the two types of users with media updates of photo and video data. The Android devices app was featured in the Google Play store upon launch and multiple times in the following years including the Android Pay section.
