Conduct Business Development, Sales & Marketing for California offices.Over the past 2 1/2 years I have brought in approximately $10.5M in service fees, $141M in New RFPs, added 12 new clients, conducted 996 face-to-face client meetings, and arranged and conducted visibility events for approximately 39,000 contacts and clients. During my 9 years with the company, I brought in $39 million in sales, and added 136 new clients, while broading our market penetration.I provided Strategic Planning for business development while conducting outside sales activities for the firm. Additionally, I served as the Project Director for environmental projects and litigation support.

As VP/Regional Manager, grew and directed a SF Bay Area Regional Office of 30 staff to 125 environmental, health and safety, and engineering professionals with over $18 million in annual sales, while maintaining 18% profit margins.While implementing and directing the Corporate National Accounts Program, McLaren/Hart Company grew from $45 million to $125 million in annual revenue.

Nationwide marketing and sales responsibility.

Conducted business development, sales and marketing, and served as the Health Sciences Group Leader. .Together with Montgomery Securities of San Francisco conducted market research and developed a perspectus for the successful sale of the Company to ENSR Environmental Corporation.
