I am a MA Digital Humanities student at University College London and a recent graduated history student at King’s College London. I am passionate about working as digital archivist within Galleries, Library, Archives, and Museum sector.-My academic interests focus on modern Chinese history, digital cultural heritage politics and administration, as well as digital innovations of museum visitors’ experience. -I believe that digital tools are the critical medium to preserve disappearing cultural heritage and memories, making them more accessible to different communities, this belief has inspired my career inspiration as digital archivist. -My undergraduate and postgraduate studies have cultivated me a solid foundation of English academic writing, qualitative research skills, active listening, and critical thinking. -My life-long hobby in classical music and the violin have led to my multiple soft skillset, such as event/concert planning experience, communicative skills, and teamwork. I have played with University of London Symphony Orchestra (ULSO) for three years and had two-year commitment in orchestra’s committee. I was an administrator and concert programme officer in 23/24 season, in charge of organising venues and making digital concert programme. This season (24/25), I am currently an orchestral manager, which have helped me acquire orchestral management and further develop my teamwork and communicative skills. I am seeking more working opportunities and experiences in cultural institutions and other organisations within GLAM sector. #cultural heritage #museum #classical music
