As the Communications Director for RDG, my primary role is to develop, implement, and oversee internal and external communications for the Omaha office. I directly manage communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization's messaging and brand reputation. I provide over 15 years of experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, Photography and Website Development. I co-lead worship services with my husband Justin Heckel at various churches throughout Nebraska as well as a prayer house called OneHop and Mission Church Village 2 in Omaha, Nebraska.I also design materials for promotions and events.

Responsibilities include providing one on one customer service to my clients helping them find exactly what they were looking for. Manage three to five colleagues for an opening or closing shift by planning, communicating, and delegating responsibilities to my team. Using previous store level data to drive performance set up monthly and daily tasks that help my team work together to reach both our personal and store goals. Plan new merchandising strategies and design new floor sets to create the most appealing shopping experience possible for our guests.
