Reporting directly to the Senior Manager - providing updates and figures on a weekly basis.Working with 3rd party customs brokers to supply the required information to import/export goods with full compliance.Commodity (HS) Codes:- In charge of assigning HS codes to all parts and vehicles.- Researching tariff suspensions & new guidelines.Country of Origin:- Running reports for preferential origin calculations. - Liaising with our suppliers to source preferential documentation to allow for reduced or 0% duty & reclaims.- Calculating & assigning the COO to our parts and vehicles.- Approving invoice template for our vehicles to ensure all necessary customs information is present.

- Completion of Q1 2022- Data tracking of V5 documents for all fleet vehicles (1979 - 2022)

- inspecting the vehicles when they come off the production line- Contacting suppliers to receive required documentation- inspection of parts received & tracking parts inventory

- Co-leading the AM604F project to smoothly transition it from prototype to assembly line.- liaising with the technicians to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with the build- creating BOM’s for the F1 vantage and the DB11 Coupe.

- Inspecting & servicing the AML vehicles used for press- Learning the standards for AML valeting

- Assembly of all DB11, DBS & Vantage rear bumpers- Assisting with the Brake Bedding process

- Liaising with our engineers for the Valkyrie project to rectify potential issues regarding manufacture.

- Meeting with 3rd parties to improve our H&S user interface.- Researching the affect of HAAVS on our workforce & how to reduce it- Keeping inventory of first aid supplies- Processing, analysing & working to reduce accidents and concerns

- Creating business cases and presenting them to the senior manager regarding the ways in which AML could cut down on its emissions- Calculating the CO2 output created by our employees.- Meet with 3rd party suppliers to discuss how AML could improve its waste management system

- Learning on the job- Installing the body wiring harness’ on DB11 & DBS- Assembly & fitment of boot shell & aeroblade
