Hi!My name is Ellyce (ee-lease) and I am a driven and dedicated 27-year-old professional actively seeking employment opportunities to leverage my expertise in leadership, coordination, written and verbal communication, integrity, and exceptional people skills. Throughout my journey, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead, starting with my election as class president in 5th grade and continuing through my role as a key figure on the track team during my elementary though high school years.In 2011, my family relocated to Amarillo, Texas, where I became a Girl Scout. This experience not only allowed me to forge meaningful connections with fellow Scouts but also instilled in me invaluable lessons about community and service. As the winner of Miss Juneteenth 2011, I showcased my talent through a self-scripted and rehearsed 20-minute stand-up comedy skit, while also expressing my deep interest in humanitarianism and philanthropy during the pageant's question and answer portion. Serving others and going above and beyond has always been a driving force in my life.After graduating from Amarillo High School in 2013, I pursued general studies at West Texas A&M University until 2015 when I relocated to Tulsa to be closer to my family. Currently, I am enrolled at TCC and eagerly anticipate graduating with my Associate of Science in Sociology in the spring of 2024.Recently, I participated in Build Day with ACT House Tulsa, where I collaborated with a select group of individuals for 24 hours. As a result of our collective efforts, my team secured second place in the pitch competition. Despite it being my first foray into this type of competition, I quickly adapted, excelled as a team player, effectively communicated, and naturally assumed a leadership role. I am now seeking an opportunity to apply and further develop my skills within a reputable company where I can make a significant impact.
