I support the La La team in developing and executing high-quality content strategies for various clients across digital platforms. My role involves crafting engaging posts, scheduling social media content, photography and videography tailored to each client's brand and audience.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, I ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. I am responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work. Sole content creator, editor, copywriter and publisher of media across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,Facebook, Twitter for 5 sites under the brand.The following for @hiccelondon increased by over 137.21% since I took over and I created all other accounts from scratch.hiccehart was seeing around 120,590 impressions from content at time of deletion, the profile activity was up by 55.2% and I had amassed a 55.4% increase in profile visits (9,298 in 90 days, 103.2 visits per day on average.)Instigated the launch of 3 brand new websites and maintained 4 with updates, new pages, imagery and copy.Launched an app in partnership with Slerp to facilitate orders and a loyalty program.Created regular email newsletters and sent to a database of 7000 subscribers.PR for hicce hart; liaising with key industry people and influencers, writing Pip Lacey’s bio and interviewing for various publications including the Evening Standard.Managed all reservations and events ranging up to 200 guests inclusive of taking initial enquiry, creationfunction processes, implementing minimum spends, negotiating contracts, managing multiple ticketingavenues, guest lists, seating plans and completion of the event.For hicce alone, I personally brought in over £300,000 in deposits, a £17k spend in gift vouchers, £10k by executing cancellation policies and £58,540 (not inclusive of wet sales) for Christmas 2022. I coordinated all bookings and events at the restaurant, private dining areas, masterclasses and dining at the Chef’s Table. I created social media competitions, managed ticket sales and introduced an incentive scheme with London hotel concierges to maximise bookings from their guests. I organised our Kitchen Experience event and personally put together gift bags and marketing materials. I would often send out newsletters, posted on social media platforms and took over the BookATable (The Fork) Instagram in order to promote the restaurant. I instigated the update and development of the restaurant’s website and collaborated with the designers for the final outcome.

I worked with a small team to produce the first Influence London 2016 conference. My responsibilities included meeting with the key speakers, organising a team of volunteers, working to cater the event and assist with the exhibition, among various other tasks.

I worked with high value brands including Rolex, Omega and Harry Winston diamonds, utilising my extensive product knowledge and passion for the industry to meet various individual and team sales targets.
