As the Marketing & Business Development Director at Vermeer Asia Pacific, I lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Vermeer brand and solutions, and supporting our channel partners in their commercial activities in the APAC region.In addition, I am the General Manager for the company-owned dealership for Vermeer Southeast Asia, with a proven track record of managing several sales and service teams in the various branches, increasing market share and exceeding sales goals. I am a recognized as a resourceful and strategic leader with the ability to influence and build quality relationships with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.My daily mantra is treating others as one would want to be treated by them.I enjoy learning different cultures and languages, enabling more meaningful interactions with those around me, building respect and empathy for others, and celebrating the differences as well as similarities.
